I'm a sucker for pizza! So, I love when we make flatbread pizzas for dinner! So easy, so quick and so delicious!  We used naan flatbread, 1/3 cup pizza sauce, and sprinkled on a little cheese {my hubby loads his on, I sprinkle}, and I added some mushrooms, some black olives and a few cut up pepperonis. Baked in the over at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Make sure you bake directly on the rack. Makes the crust crispy. And BAM! Enjoy your flatbread pizza.

Yummy dinner! Brown rice, steamed green beans and my husband and I split a LARGE steak! So filling and so good!!

The thing I love about the 21 day fix meal plan is that they are family friendly. Kayleigh eats whatever we eat, every night. Tonight we had whole wheat spaghetti {1.5 yellow containers for me}, and meat spaghetti sauce {1 purple for the tomato sauce} and {1 red for the ground turkey}. It wasn't only 21 day fix approved but it was also toddler approved! That's winning!

21 day fix dinner idea. Tilapia lightly seasoned with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb salt free seasoning blend {1 red}, brown rice {1 yellow} and baked asparagus {1 green}. Yummy!!! So good, so filling and is 21 day fix approved.

Lunch is served! ❤️ I made a yummy wrap with a whole wheat tortilla {1 yellow} with ham slices inside {1 red}, a handful of spinach {1 green}, shredded cheddar cheese {1 blue}, and a small scoop of Greek yogurt {1 red}. Also had a side of cucumbers {1 green} and the rest of my Greek yogurt from my red container on the side.

Ah, Trader Joes... how I love you!  I've been craving chips and dip all day!! Definitely satisfies the craving and reduces the guilt. If you haven't tried these quinoa and black bean chips.. check it out!!! 😍 And the spinach and kale greek yogurt dip! Ahh! Im iin love!! I love trader joes!!

Behold, Grilled fish tostadas! Ah-mazing! You will need fish {talapia, cod, halibut.. whatever you want to use}, salsa, avocados and some tortillas. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large piece of foil, place your fish fillets and cover completely with salsa. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold foil over the fish to make a sealed container. Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish. Meanwhile, lay a few tortillas flat on a cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven until completely crisp, but not browned, about 6-8 minutes. When finished let cool a minute and then spread with mashed avocado. When the fish is ready, flake apart with two forks and then spread on top of mashed avocados. Top with salsa from the foil packet and then garnish with desired toppings and enjoy! :)
